Common Issues

I can't log in
Try resetting your password via the forgot password page. If you still can't get in, contact us with the email you signed up with.
Video won't play
Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, it may be a temporary server issue — try again in a few minutes.
I need to cancel my subscription
You can cancel through the CCBill consumer support portal, or contact us and we'll handle it for you. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
I have a billing question
All billing is handled securely through CCBill. Visit the CCBill support portal for billing inquiries, or check your billing page for subscription details.
I was charged but don't have access
This can happen if there was a delay in processing. Contact us with your email address and we'll get it sorted immediately.
